Comments: I would like to thank Dr. Pateder from the bottom of my heart for being the best spinal surgeon. I had tried the conservative approach to healing, but it was not working. The pain was negatively impacting my quality of life. After three different opinions, I chose Dr. Pateder and never regretted my decision. I prayed, as well as many others, that God would guide his hands and He did.
Dr, Pateder is passionate, caring, and has excellent bedside manners. He answered all my questions (and believe me there were many), reassured me, and gave me the confidence I needed in making the decision to have spinal fusion surgery. He explained in detail what the surgery entailed, his confidence the surgery would be successful, and his compassionate demeanor are a few of the reasons he is a great surgeon. His care and experience served me well. During my stay in the hospital, he stopped in my room to see how I was doing. When I was discharged, he called my home to check up on me and reassured me again I was going to be fine. I highly recommend him. The staff in his practice and in the hospital were great as well.
